    Joe, you are Da Man!

I did not think that paint would come back.

I can't wait for my new work schedule to start so I can do a ride along with you!

      Simply Amazing Joe!

Your show car results are a true testimony to you skill as a craftsman in the art of polishing paint. You mentally adopted the car as your own and then treated it with the same care and passion you would your own car, this is a characteristic of a true professional. The hard part can sometimes be letting go and turning your car back over to the rightful owner.

Thank you for sharing this project with our online community. Thank you for taking the time to set your rotary buffer down and take a picture, this takes time and you could have just continued working. Thank you for taking the time to go through your photos, pick the ones that tell the story the best and then uploading them to our gallery and creating a thread that tells the story.

This is the kind of work you just don't see on other forums and brings hundreds of new members and lurkers to our forum to be a part of what they see as great people doing great things.

      Thanks Joe!

Very nice job Joe. When we enjoy our jobs so much sometimes I wonder how we can really call it work.

This actually teaches people they have no excuse for not starting a detailing business. Not every detailer is going to have a beautiful shop to work in. Starting a detailing business with a shop is expensive as you have to detail enough cars each month to not only pay for all your overhead, but to also make a profit so that you can live.

There's an old saying that originated in the race tracks of the South that goes like this...

            Run what you brung

Back in the old days, people didn't always trailer their car to a race, often times they drove it there! Contrast to today's day and age where everything is a trailer queen. I'm not saying that's a bad thing, I'm just trying to share an analogy in that, sometimes,

All you can do is all you can do,

By this I mean sometimes you have to use what you have to the best of your ability because that's all you have. Some people would rather throw in the towel and blame their circumstances for their inability to succeed. Joe has shown us that he doesn't let his circumstances determine his success, he overcomes problems with whatever means possible to him. In this case, he doesn't have a place out of direct sunlight to work on this car so the next best thing is to create a place, which he does with a one time investment into an E-Z Up Awning.

Thanks for showing others what can be done if you just try.

Amazing! Have you done any work on the chrome features yet (NXT metal polish)? They appear quite shinny in the pics.

Do you keep photos to show potential customers your work?

I've brought back some pretty rough cars, Joe, but nothing to that extreme! Makes me realize after 11 1/2 years in business, I still haven't seen it all, nor have I learned it all. Thanks for sharing not only the pictures but your technique and product selection as well.

Just curious Joe, When did you start detailing cars? I can't imagine how much practice it would take to get that good.
