I don't remember what year it is but it belongs to a buddy of mine. He has been after me for some time to detail it so I started to work on it this past weekend.

    My steps were:

    1- wash with Gold Class
    2- Clay
3- DACP applied with PC on speed 5
4- #9 applied with PC on speed 4
    5- NXT by hand

I still need to work on the chrome, the roof, and the interior but the hard part is done!

    Here are some befores:

Swirls, they look ten times worse in sunlight:

Hood shot under a cloudy sky:

    Here are some afters:

Side by side shot of treated area (DACP) and untreated area:

    Same side after completion:

    Finished product:

and what I think is the best shot out of them all:

There are a few more shots in my Gallery

Thanks for looking and any feedback or advice is more than welcomed!

        I appreciate the comments.
This was my first Tahoe but I know what I was in for, having owned an Expedition some time ago.
Total time spent so far is about 6 hours, but like I said, I still need to do some touchup work.
I probably could have gotten it all done this past weekend but I spent all night Friday and half a day Saturday working on my wife's mustang.
The Tahoe was dropped off about 5:00 Saturday evening and I planned on working most of the night on it but it decided to rain shortly after I washed and clayed. Since the mustang was looking her best, I didn't want to pull it out of the garage and have it get all wet and dirty again.
I got up Sunday and pulled the Tahoe into the garage and the mustang into the driveway. There wasn't hardly a cloud in the sky. About an hour later, the weather decides to do one of those things where it rains but the sun is still shining. All I could do is watch my hard work go down the drain as the mustang proceeded to get drenched!
Oh well, a quick wash should take care of any spots that were left behind!
