My brother's car was red and grey primer when he bought it. He had it repainted white and with purple accents in the hood scoops and a purple stripe than ran from just behind the rear tires diagonally to the back of the rear fender and over the back of the top of the trunk lid. I wish I had some pictures with me...and my brother lives about 45 miles from me. He also had Centerlines front and rear (the original solid style)...huge (for the 80's) L60s in the rear that tucked and runners up front. Best run was a 13.04 @ 106 mph on street tires.

Check out these two first prizes the owner of this Overhaulin Challenger received after we polished out the swirls using M80 Speed Glaze and then applied two coats of NXT Tech Wax.

lol, leave the guy alone...the beautiful car was free and the guy obviously drives it and doesnt know how to maintain a perfect finish...most people dont, thats why people pay detailers to restore their cars. Its not like he took it into the bush or ripped up the interiour or anything...geeez. If i had a car like that it would be a daily driver except in the winter.

The Overhaulin' vehicles aren't exactly free. What they don't tell you is that you pay gift tax on the value of the work done and the man hours put into it. It's the same thing with other shows like Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. I'd sure be willing to take out a loan to pay that tax if they'd overhaul my 1979 F-250 Supercab.

That is an awesome car. I remember seeing it on the show as well.
