Maksimum Auto Detailing: 2007 BMW 525i

I was going door to door around my neighborhood about 2 weeks ago and out of about 25 houses this is the only customer that called. Still worth it though. The customer paid for a full detail.

Procedure

Wash the car down with Gold Class

Clay with Blue clay and Last Touch as a lubricant

Remove bug and tar with APC.

M105 for scratches and door handles.

SwirlX for the rest of the car.

NXT 2.0 Techwax

Claybar the rims to remove majority of the break dust. The rest was pretty damn stuck on and to remove it to me seemed dangerous risking the possibility of damaging the clear on the rim.

Hot Shine Gel on the wheels

Last Touch on the door sills

Mag&Chrome polish on exhast and license plate frame

Black spray paint on license plate screws






















There was a number of rock chips and other imperfections on the hood and on the bumper that weren't addressed. Purposefully, not because I'm a bad detailer.

Nope just harder. Same result in the end. M105 dries a lot faster and it's harder to clay the surface when the lube evaporates fast. I'd rather do it in the shade but that wasn't an option. And thanks guys.

$290 + $45 tip. About 9 hours of work.
