    Re: 1964 Plymouth Signet makeover

That is just amazing. It just makes me think of how many cars out there actually have the potential to be beautiful and people just throw them away or have them repainted. The owner should be cryin enough to wash that car again when he sees it./

Alright I finally got er dun!! sorry it took so long... you guys have been very patient! This car was just fill in work during the rainy days I've had so that's the reason for lagging.

I will take some more pics of it out in the sun this weekend before my client picks it up... here's some inside my shop for now.

              o.k. - so remember before...

              Now after some serious love...

              Remember the hood before...

              Now with some bling...

              Now for the interior...
              before...

              After ALOT of cleaning!!!

              had a little help...

I'll put the outdoor sun shots up this weekend along with a write up on working with single stage paint and my process... what a cool job this was.

That's magnificent work. If that were my car and I saw that transformation there's no way I'd be giving it to anyone! I'd want to enjoy it myself .

Please do, many of our forum members have never had a chance to restore a single stage paint like this and it's completely different animal as compared to removing swirls out of a clear coat finish.

Single stage paints make great before and after projects because the changes are so dramatic.
