  • So what can PRC151 really do?

I've been wanting to do this for a while now, but just recently had the chance. Friend dropped off his car and said "do whatever you want"

Everybody is ranting and raving about how good M105 is, and PRC151 wasn't getting any love People PM me all the time, asking what product they should use, and I always suggest starting with PRC151. But then I see them with M105 in their posts
So, this car was completely done from top to bottom with 151 just to prove what this product can do.

First pass, Rotary with a double sided wool pad at 1000rpm's

Second pass, rotary with a new black finishing pad(washable)

Final pass, DA with a new black finishing pass

    Here are some before pictures...

WOW Awesome Nick!!!! I am sure your friend was extremely happy.
I have the PRC in the arsenal but have yet to try it. I am really looking forward to it though. Especially when I see results like that. That Nissan may be a good candidate for it!

Good stuff, great job on the car!

I got a sample coming from ADS along with a sample of M105, and will probably order a gallon of 151 (PRC that is ) and the M105 kit someday soon.

              Good show!

Thanks guys! Remember, these results came from a cleaner wax! And not a compound!

Eh, considering technology in it calling D151 cleaner wax is same as calling Mighty Mouse Mickey's relative

Nick, do you apply a LSP or are those shot strictly after using 151 ??

                            Great job! Looks awesome!

                            Couple of questions...

Can you use 151 with a DA?

What are the advantages of using 151 vs. 105? Are they heavier than #83?

ps.... has anyone ever made a cheat sheet for heavy to light products for rotarys, DA's and by hand? That would be some excellent information.

This car has nothing else on the paint. 151 from top to bottom. I wanted to throw a coat of 21 on it to help hide some of the defects that are left, but decided to keep it a 1 product vehicle, and let it ride like it is. I think it looks pretty decent.
