after looking at the sig alert map more and thinking about it, you want to avoid the 405 like the plaque. I'd give the 101-134-210 to the 57 south a try. The 57 will end into the 5 and then you'll take the 5 for a mile or two until you hit the 55.

Just to let everyone know, Meguiar's Online is usually backed up every night. This was a coincidence that the same weekend we were attacked, David took the weekend off to be with his family out of town.
Everyone needs a break from their job. It's frustrating to lose posts and pictures especially when you're involved with the events that took place. I know I'm frustrated and now have to try to catch up.
But it is just car wax... We will recover, and we will become stronger because we will learn how to better safeguard against people with too much time on their hands.

Hey Mike,
Sorry to hear all your hard work was wiped out....that's TERRIBLE!! The makeover thread was looking very nice, with great pics and narration. Such a shame!!
I just wanted to thank you (again), Mike, for your time, experience and knowledge. You've given me the courage to tackle paint care using the proper tools and techniques. I also wanted to thank Meguiar's for letting us use the facilites, tools and products. And I'd like to thank the Extreme Makover Team for a great and educational day. It was fun to hang out with a car-crazy bunch for the day.
BTW, my drive home was uneventful....traffic wasn't too bad, and I mangaged to stay awake for the entire time!!

Are you going to be ready for the car show this weekend?
Mike
p.s.
I will recreate the thread, it was too good to let go...

Hey Mike,
I'm all ready to go to the Concorso Italiano. I had a mechanical malfunction yesterday, but I took care of it (that was scary). I'll be packing my NXT, MF towels, glass cleaner, etc., to get the car prepped after the long drive up. I can't wait.....should be lots of fun!!
I hope you have the time to post the pics from that day.....Scott's 'Burb was absolutely amazing, and the results were fantastic!! His truck is a gleaming beauty!!
