  • My daily driver from flat to glossy white

    Hello!!

Some time since i placed a thread her so i think is time for a new one.

This time I have taken my daily driver from a boring car with decals up to a daily driven showcar.

The car was not a nice look when i got it, but hey, I`m a cardeetailer, so I went on it with a smile on my face!!! weeeel, not for long... This was some realy hard work...

THe car before i started the makeover:

After a day pealing of decals and ****, you still could se where the decals had sit for 5 years:

After the decals was history, i degreasd it, clayd and wash the hole car, also the engine. (I think that the engine had only seen water when the car drived on wet roads )

    Engine before:

    After:

After about 4 days polishing I got the shine I was looking for. I Also dropped the car 4", put on new 18" rims and tinted the windows.

    The progress:
1 Pass M85 and Wool Rotary
    1 Pass M85 and W7006 Rotary
    2 Pass M80 and W8006 DA-polisher
    1 Pass M07 and W9006 DA-Polisher
    1 Pass M21 and W9006 DA-Polisher (removed with DA)

Also Deagreaser, Clay, Washmitt, NXT shampo and Gold Class Trim Detailer.

    Some Progress shots:

The sides are finish, so time for the tailgate:

o wow.... thats really good job.... you got rid of all the traces of decals....

i kinda like the smaller alloys more than ur 18" ones though.... looks more fitting.... maybe if you paint the black bumpers white
