D151 wax or sealant

Does the d151 use a wax or a sealant? I wouldn't want to put a sealant over a wax, but if it's a sealant then putting another layer of sealant should be ok.

The explanation on Meguiars Direct is this:

With this one liquid, you can cut, polish, and wax. 1 or 2 step process; simply switch to the least aggressive tool/pad combination on the 2nd step and re-apply PRC for the ultimate solution to high volume paint reconditioning. D15101 Paint Reconditioning Cream is specifically designed for high volume reconditioning facilities, auctions, detailers and car dealerships.

It is a wax and polish in one, designed for high volume detailing where multiple steps take too long or are not wanted or needed.

It is a cleaner/polish/wax, so you would want it on the bottom, then put a coat of regular wax like Nxt, Gold Class, etc over top if you wanted 2 coats of wax.
