What is the difference between these to products? I have not heard much about M86 but here a lot about D151.

Re: D151 and M86 (So1o)?
Hi. Frm what I know, D151 is a AIO (all in one product - clean and wax) which is slightly aggressive than M83 (dual action cleaner polish). I've used it with a wool pad and a maroon and yellow pads with great results on few fleet cars.
As for the solo system, its a 1step system (compounding and polishing)for body shops that does not want to get confuse with differing products for compounding and as well as polishing processes.
Apart, Solo's aggresiveness can reach the scale of 10 as the system has only 1 liquid with differring wool pads and foam pads which at the end will afffect the cutting/polishing power (pad dependant)
Hope this helps.

M105, M95, M86 formulated for and targeted towards the body shop industry where people are wet-sanding and then compounding fresh paint.
D151 formulated for and targeted towards production detail shops where people are removing serious paint defects on cured paint.

Re: D151 and M86 (So1o)?
I might add, D151 is a GREAT time saver in that it especially does well to not only not ruin certain plastics, but actually IMPROVE their looks.
I detailed a customer's BMW X5 yesterday and the D151 was my second step (After M105) and it was AWESOME because the shiny/painted black trim on the BMW actually gained significant gloss from the D151, and I didn't have to tape it off.
I've found it works on a fair amount of plastics this way, with only some more rough and lighter grey plastics not liking it.
