And her name is hyper dressing!



I did a super fast engine detail on wifey's Honda CR-V (pics later). I didn't have much time to do long job but did the following:

1. Washed engine down with hose and light spray.

2. APC 4:1 and very light agitation on certain "trouble spots". Rinse.

3. Spray the HD throughout the engine compartment.

4. Close hood and wait about 15-20 minutes

5. Quick pass with foam paint brush on specific hard to reach areas.

Done!

Total time --> 30-40 minutes. Once I get the pics up, you'll see why I'm in love. I've never used the HD before and it was soooooo easy to use, smells great and the result was sensational.

I diluted it at 3:1 (for Satin finish).

Actually, that is what I was hoping to get from this thread... other ideas for use!

Wheel wells is a definite must try. What else?

Vinyl, Tires, certain plastic exterior trim, and especially engines. Amazing product in that you can change the dilution ratios to meet your application expectations.

Hyper Dressing is some insanely good stuff.

Sometimes, I wonder why Meguiars don't sell this stuff as a consumer version considering how easy it is to use.

Well, I love how it dries to the touch on wheelwells and spreads out by itself.

But I prefer ASD on tires.

hey 3fitty...are you keeping the pics to yourself or should we check to see if you have an album then figure out how to shuffle through the pics in the "albums?"

I also love HyperDressing. I wish I had a swimming pool full of the stuff concentrated. My last customer was thrilled with how new it made his plastic trim, running boards and wheel wells. One of the best Meguiar's products I have ever bought, hands down.

I adore Hyper Dressing for many reasons. Its grape flavor, milky consistency...mmmm.

Then I bought M40, which if I recall...does all the same stuff plus provides UV protection and lasts longer...except is non-dilutable.

I still use HD for its delicious grape taste on a hot day though, and just like Kool Aid--a little bit goes a long way! Thank goodness for being able to dilute it .
I guess now that I have and love both, I'm arguing with myself over which to use, when and where .
