Is this a new M21 bottle packing?

Hi there all. Good day. Just wondering if this is the new bottle packing for M21 Synthetic Sealant. Just in case if it is, I want to keep my eye on this in the market. Rather than the beige normal color. And why does it says "Not for Resale"? Thanks.

Not that we're aware of? That was the packaging for a 10 ounce sample bottle we used for promotion at one time. (Collectors Item!)
