price: $20 for gallon = cheap
application: easy - no streaking for me - even when applied with a walmart spray bottle & cheap MF
smell: kinda coconut [edited; Not G rated content; 2hotford]
cleaning: dust, finger prints - yes ; some major "baked in" bug splatter - no
shine: yes - drive thru touchless carwash "wax" dulled my paint, Last Touch brought it back and then some

pics (on a partly cloudy day)are from a post in the wrong section:

Re: Last Touch -- Detailing Spray

I got a simple question to ask all Last Touch owners here. At the back of Last Touch it DID NOT stated there to shake well before use. So do i need to shake it first before pouring it out OR SHAKE it well before filling it into sprayer bottle??

            CivicTypeR.
It's best to shake any chemicals before use.
This way you'll know that it's properly mix.

            Need some advice here.

Whats the main difference between Last Touch and Final Inspection ?
I've did a search and can't seem to come out with any answers. I'm hoping someone can tell me the pros of each particular product and con (?) if any.

            Cheers and Megs rocks !

This is a good common sense approach to any liquid paint care product. Shake well before pouring off and shake well before using.

In case you're new to Meguiar's, this might help...

Meguiar's makes product for the "Professional Industry", this typically implies the industries where FRESH PAINT is applied, thus they need "Body Shop Safe" products.

Our Professional Line caters to people who spray fresh paint and thus M34 Final Inspection is "Body Shop Safe" while Last Touch, which is in the Detailer Line is not formulated to be "Body Shop Safe"

They are both mist and wipe products, it's just one is formulated to be used safely where fresh paint is sprayed and the other is not.

Unless you're painting cars in your garage you don't need M34 and for what most people want out of a mist and wipe product you'll probably really like the Last Touch.

              p.s.

For a question like yours, it's usually better to start a dedicated thread with a great subject line.

Re: Last Touch -- Detailing Spray

Couple questions on Quick detailers (in particular this one)...

Any harm in going back and forth on a quick detailer, on the same car? Should you probably stick to the same product on a car, until you do a complete detail again?

Also, what if you had just waited 24 hours and were about to put your second coat of wax, but needed to clear off some dust with Last Touch.

It sounds like Last Touch is very slick. Any issue in applying wax after you had just used Last Touch?

FMPOV, no issue at all. Been using LT to wipe off dust before applying wax/sealant for 1 year plus and havent seen any problems yet. ..

I use to Use Adams Spray Detailer until I tried UQD. Now I use Last Touch as my maintenance spray and when going to Cruise Ins or Shows I touch up with 135

Re: Last Touch -- Detailing Spray

Does anyone has Picture of Last Touch Spray Bottle given by Meguiars. I just want to see how it looks like. Is it possible to use normal cheap spray bottles found in supermarkets. These cheap spray bottles usually have adjustable spray heads and you can adjust how fine the mist you want. So, how fine the mist is best for Last Touch and other QDs.

                          Thanks

So do I (thanks to Mike!), and I'm not complaining. I love the stuff. I found it works great as a clay lube as well as a quick detailer.

I love the smell too, although I don't know how often I should be deeply inhaling the aroma from my jug, as the product label does have some warning about respitory problems or something.

This is the bottle and sprayer below. The nice thing about Meguiars bottles, they have the dilution ratio broke down on the bottle but LT is rather easy, if you are claying its 1:1 and using as a detailer is used in the concentrated form. Hope that helps!

I like stuff! It gives me that extra "pop" and slickness on my paint.
