The only clay that I have ever used has been the Quik Clay and alway had smearing problems and it seemed rather "gummy". I called meguiars a few weeks back and the customer service person sold me some Smooth and Clean 3oz Clay couldn't have asked for a better product and it was priced well at $7.95. Worked well and no trouble with smearing it didn't seem over gummy like the quik clay I have used yet it removed the contaminates very well and left a perfect surface. I don't know... it almost seemed gentler on the paint than the Quik Clay, if that is even possible.
Other than the Detailer Line of clay I didn't know they had anyother clays out there. Hope they keep it around.
