Haha, I still have not opened my package. It seems like a waste in my possession...

They have this at my Walmart. It caught my eye as well. I am going to buy it next time I go, but I still have to use the new Gold Class too Too many waxes to choose from!

I just noticed that Advanced Auto Parts is also carrying a large amount of Autoglym products. The downside is they are more expensive than Walmart. The HD wax at Advanced is $49.99.

I know what you mean. It's fun to experiment.

I just picked up my Autoglym HD wax as well! I can't wait to try it out this weekend. Don't worry I still love my NXT 2.0!

            Any update on the pictures?

It's even better over their HD Cleanser, which acts as a pre-wax cleaner and I think as like an epoxy with the wax to deliver even greater longevity. Yeah, those sponges are really nice - I always apply waxes by hand, liquid or paste, and those sponges make light work of it. Such a little goes a long long way ... I've barely made a dent into my tub.

so by my math I applied AutoGlym HD about 50 days.
yesterday was the first day in about a week that we didnt recieve daily rain and i had the urge to reapply wax just for the fun of it!
Dont yall get bored and have nothing else better to do ;D
I will add that up to now the wax was still very lustrous (if thats a word) and still beaded and sheeted water very well and was far from "needing it"
                So what do i do ??? Do reach for 21 ? 26???
Yep i go for the 21 and what do i get ??? Holy Fleeeeepin Moly!
When I look for adjactives to descibe the look WET - DEEP - GLOSSY - SUPER DARK BLK come to mind. The paint is so shiny that even when its dusted it is so reflective that it really doesnt appear that dirty!
You guys have to try this out!! I wonder what 26 would have done!?!?!?!?!?!?
so you're saying you applied m21 which is a sealant, over aghd whichis a carnauba wax? from my experience you cannot apply a sealant over a nuba since the sealant needs something to bond to. but you can apply a sealant to a clean surface and then top it with a nuba.

unless m21 is or has some different characteristic to it????

Well, 50 days into the AutoGlym before he applied the M21 means there probably wasn't a huge amount of the carnauba left anyway - regardless of how it looked, beaded, etc. While the generally accepted method of using a synthetic and a carnauba together is to lay down the synth first, if you wait this long between products it probably doesn't really matter.

Remember, when we talk about the lifespan of a wax or sealant, it's not like the product just "goes away" at the time limit. For instance, if we were to say "Wax "A" will last 3 months" that doesn't mean that if you apply it on January 1 it will suddenly be gone on March 31. It degrades slowly over time due to exposure, and where ever exposure is greater it will degrade sooner.

Try this next time: prep the paint so as to remove the existing wax, then do half the truck with AutoGlym and half with M21 and see what you think.

                    Just curious.
I'd love to see this test with side by side pictures

I almost bought one of these in WalMart, but I realized I have to much waxes already.
