I guess it depends on this price for me. I have bought 6-8 Mother's Kits as Meg's was out of stock when I needed it and it's not available locally. I still have most of the little bottles of Mother's Cleaner Wax and every once in a while come accross a hard core Mother's user. I give it to them when I find them.
I think it kind of surprises them that someone likes meg's well enough to "give" Mother's away.
I did the same thing. I gave the little bottle of cleaner wax to my neighbor. Hopefully someday he will listen to me and wash and wax his lexus himself, instead of running it through those automatic washers.
Proud owner of the finest looking car in the parking lot.
Switch to Linux. Use energy efficient lightbulbs and appliances. Keep your car well maintained and drive easy to save gas. Eat less fast food. Call your mother and tell her you love her. Try flying a kite. Read a wikipedia article daily. Use Meguiar's.

Hehe, I hear ya. I invite alot of freinds to my house to detail their cars. I used to supply all the product and let them supply the food. But I have recently started telling them to stop at AutoZone and pick up a clay kit. This keeps me from having so many of the little bottle around. Plus, We generally will go through a whole bottle of lube anyway. So let that come out of their pocket. I still supply all the polishes, glazes, LSPs and everything else.
I just wish someone locally would stock Meg's clay kits. Maybe I need to talk to the Autozone guy and say "Look" I am starting to send numerous people here to buy a clay kit before we start their car. I would advise you to start stocking this or I may just order them from Meg's and sell them directly myself. Maybe he'll take the hint then.

Getting better and better. I usually only get one vehicle out of a clay bar. Most of the vehicles I get have never been clayed and when I do it I get carried away and clay everything. Paint, windows, wheels, trim, lenses etc. By the time I am done, the clay has picked up enough that I would not want to use it on the nxt persons car.

I tend to not clay my own vehicles alot. I keep them pretty clean and here lately I have been applying various LSPs twice a week. Mainly to experiment but also to get a decent film build lined up for winter. But, I do keep a few brand new clay bars around for myself just in case I decide the need is there.
For my friends who bring their cars over I am going to start telling them they need to provide the clay. More economical for me that way.
I'm looking forward to when I can get my hands on a box of it myself... However, since the Quik Clay was very recently introduced on our market I suspect it will take a considerable amount of time before it will happen on the swedish market...
It would be nice to hear your comments on the product Mike?! What are the differences compared to the Quik Clay?
