The fact that it was 3 bottles, from the same store and one closeby tells me that a case was over-stacked, mishandled, dropped, or something else by the shipper or an issue when offloading. They're not shipped in steel crates...

That sounds like a reasonable conclusion.

Wow, 5 year old thread, likely the sprayers have changed since then. If not, if we haven't seen a complaint for 5 year on the original design, then they must be made quite well and this was an isolated issue.
