It took a while, but I finally found some on the shelf at Murray's. Unlike our unfortunate northern neighbors, I got it at a decent price about 7 dollars.
As usual when trying a new product, there is a learning curve. With the Tech glass cleaner the first thing I found was that a little bit goes a long way. Unlike many other glass cleaners, a light mist is all it takes on even the dirtiest glass. Use too much and it makes more work, it takes longer to wipe the window dry and saturates the microfiber so it's harder to make the final 'dry buff' pass that leaves the window perfect.
Meg's seems to have found a way to make the evaporation rate of the cleaner optimal. It doesn't flash so fast that it doesn't have time to work and at the same time it doesn't linger so long you get spots and streaks.
The scent is pleasant, but use too much and it's overpowering. A light mist and a quick wipe followed by a flip of the towel to the dry side and a light buff leaves the glass perfect. Even if there are streaks, grabbing a fresh microfiber and giving the window a final buff (basically just using the two towel method), ensures the glass is as clean as it can possibly get.
A definate winner.
