    Hi MachMarcus,

Sorry to hear about your trouble, we recommend using Rubbing Alcohol to remove.

Negative. We understand it can be tedious to tape off surrounding areas, but it is important to spray this product to a clean, dry surface & for best results apply at a time when there is going to be plenty of good weather with no rain, so the product can properly cure. It is tedious to tape off, but it's worth it!

I kinda felt the same. I always used (at least since 2010) Concept vista for ease application and durability. After almost 10 years i would like to try something new, but as you i hate taping things off

So when this came out last year I applied a test area to the bed rails of my truck. Here we are 14 months later and A LOT of washes. I would have to say it holds up very well with a very noticeable deeper black than the untreated side! Excellent product Megs!!

A couple photos of the drizzle beads on the surface that has UB aerosol.

WHOA! That is some durability and longevity there Michael. I like that a lot! Thank you for sharing this review!

Hopefully Nick can answer that question.

This was a Great, Detailed, and How-To for these products. And also a lot of time and effort put into it.

    Thanks for doing this Michael!

Like one guy said, this saved me a Ton of trial and error knowing that I have to tape everything off really good.

Question? Can the Ultimate Trim Restorer Aerosol be used on the tires, or ONLY the Ultimate Black Tire spray should be used.

    Have a good one dude!

    Very interesting!

They both look about the same now color-wise, but the aerosol has more of a shine.

I have 2 1/2 gallons left of D103. I stocked up as soon as I heard it was going to be discontinued. It's such a great APC.

This is interesting. I let this piece sit outside overnight and it appears the lotion version has darkened quite a bit. It doesn't have the sheen that the aerosol version has.

Thanks for doing that. I also use UB on anything plastic (like engine bay parts), and some paint (like my windshield wipers). Definitely looks like the spray gives more pizazz, but the obvious downside is either repeatedly masking or removing trim on a regular basis, and that's just out as an option for me, even if there is supposedly no run-off streaking with the spray version. I appreciate the trouble you went to, Mike.
