  • Meguiars NXT Generation Tech Wax 2.0

tried it and loved it. i honestly was thinking "why the heck did i buy this stuff" when i found out it was not a carnuba wax. i washed the car and used meguiars clay bar kit and finished it with Meguiars NXT Generation Tech Wax 2.0. expecting the normal non carnuba sealant look, i was very very surprised with the outcome. it in fact has a great luster to it and has a great feel, silky smooth and buttery!!!! i was NOT expecting this from such a liquid non carnuba wax!

Glad to hear NXT Tech Wax 2.0 worked out so well for you. Just so you know, it may technically be a sealant (and therefore a "synthetic wax", so to speak) but we actually class it as a "polish/wax" meaning it has some polish in it. And that is why it's giving you the look it does compared to your average run of the mill sealant.

    Just so you know.

curious i just googled customer reviews of this stuff, some people say it doesnt last as long, but imo it must be their washing technique.

lots of washes are bad about stripping waxes. only use the best when washing your car and your wax will last as long as it explains on the bottle, also high heat and rain can effect the longevity as well.

i washed my car at night, with only 2 flood lights shining on the car, i used no rinse (first try with the product) i then used meguiars clay bar kit, followed by this wax. AT NIGHT!!! not being able to really see the product, i was able to completely wipe it off with my meguiars microfiber cloth. didnt leave one bit behind, i expected to have to wipe off the car again the next day but didnt have to!!!
