  • Colo(u)rX

I've been dying to try out ColourX since I bought it last week, but the wax on the car hasn't worn out yet. Since both products seem pretty similiar, I was inspired to polish my mirrors with ColourX after seeing Tim Lingor's results with Meguiar's D151 Paint Reconditioning Cream.

The product smells a lot nicer than other cleaner waxes. It's not very viscous and can be applied easily. On a cool, cloudy day, ColourX passed the swipe test after about 3 minutes and was buffed away without effort. Needless to say, the cleaned part of the mirror felt a lot smoother and looked darker than before.

Overall, excellent product. Can't wait to try it out on my paint and other cars. .

One strange thing is that in Canada, ColourX is cheaper than the regular A1216 Cleaner Wax. Better product, lower price

i've said it many times, colorx is an excellent product. it's definitely one of my favorite megs products. if you haven't tried it with the PC, it also works well with that...

looks a great product, seems odd that a product not availiable in England has the English spelling of colour with a (u) in it.

Wow, what a difference. What product, if any, is on the rest of the car? And how long ago was it applied, if there is another product on the rest of the paint?

                    Yes.

ColorX contains both chemical cleaners and diminishing abrasives as well as a blend of different protection ingredient.

                    Great one-step cleaner/wax.

It had a month old layer of Turtle Wax Platinum at the time the pictures were taken. (never waxed mirrors before)

The bottles I bought last spring didn't have the u, just ColorX. Is there a different version?
Anyway this is a great product, cleans well and is very easy to use.

was wondering which one has stronger cleaners: ColorX or Deep Crystal Paint Cleaner?
