Ok, so first of all I love NXT wax because of the look and durability. However, in Oklahoma we have incredibly dusty air. I have found in detailing cars, my own and others, that NXT is a dust magnet when compared to GC wax. Is there a particular reason why? By the time I get to one side of the hood, the other half is covered in dust every time. I won't stop using the product, but I was just curious whether or not anyone else has experienced this.

Have you found other waxes or sealants to attract less dust? One thing to try is MPPP which may still be available at distributors even though it is no longer manufactured. It does have anti-static properties.

Yes, Gold Class wax attracts far less noticable dust. I love NXT and the way it looks on my car (black), but this drives me crazy. I wonder if it has a particular charge that attracts more dust. I just can't beat the look of the NXT on my car, not that I will stop using it, but it does get old to go out to my car the same night I spent 5 hours on it and it looks like it needs to be washed.
This weekend I did a test. I washed my car like normal, used the clay bar, and then #7. I did 3 different spots on the hood, one with #26, one with GC, and one with NXT. I let it sit for 4 hours. When I returned I had a 2x2 square where the NXT was that looked brown from all the dust, while the others had far less dust."I drink windex........it keeps me from streaking."
