    I have been using Meguiars products and only Meguiars products for two years now and been very satisfied. I reccommended the wheel spoke brush to my father, but after his second use of this product the handle came off the wire. When he told me this I was speechless...unfortunatley, he isn't as satisfied with the products as I am

    I think you should gave the RX hotline a ring!

    I have heard of this happening before so they should take good care of you

      Yeah, They are great. I had a backing plate come apart and they replaced free of charge!

        Customer service number is 1-800-347-5700. I would suggest calling them (and I think that's what Mike would suggest too).
