question about NXT Tech Wax properties

I'm just wondering if NXT Tech Wax (liquid) have any of the following properties, or if it's considered a "pure" wax:

1) paint cleaner
2) swirl remover
3) polish (to enhance the color)

Sorry if this has been answered before, I looked but couldn't find an answer.

It does have a mild cleaner in it, but dont confuse it with a Cleaner/Wax, or a separate cleaning step. It is quite mild.

In addition... seems I read somewhere on MOL that the very light cleaners Merr1525 speaks of were only to aid in application since most consumers will apply it to an up prepared surface. Also I don't think its going to remove any swirls.
