I am pretty sure what happend was that your invoice shows the tax for the entire order on that invoice, plus the shipping. In order to confirm this please send me a private message with your full name and account or order number from the invoice. We will investigate this problem immediately.

The extra money couldnt be tax, though TN tax is pretty steep. 9.25% if I am correct.

Problem solved.

First...there was no shipping. Shipping was free because it was an order from Meguiar's Day.

Second...it was a software glitch.

And I did some rounding.

Quickclay was $8.99. I'm not sure if that includes the 10% off or not.

"Tax" was $21.80

I think maybe the tax was supposed to be $2.18? But that would make the tax 20% and that doesn't seem right either. Was it supposed to be $1.28 and someone hit the wrong keys? Dyslexia?

At any rate I'll check my credit card when it comes to see if that is actually what I was billed or if the invoice is just printed wrong. Meguiar's Customer Care said the TN store is using new software and there are some bugs in it still.

Ahh, that's nothing. Years ago I got a phone bill for $7,000,000, yes seven million dollars! Funny part is that it said the total amount due was $1.32! I had it framed, here it is:
