I've been detailing cars for 40 years, mostly by hand until recently. Got a Meguiars DA and a bunch of pads for Christmas. Finally had some time to do my 70 Lincoln MK III to get it ready for a car show. It had no swirl marks. First I used the Meguiars W8006 pad with the #7 Show Car Glaze at speed setting #2. Then I used the W9006 pad with the #26 HiTech Yellow Wax at the same speed setting. Loved the results!
I love detailing cars and hope to learn a lot from hanging out here on this forum.
How do I find out if there are any Meguiars teaching events in the area?
Here's a pic of my car the next day after the DA - it's overcast so it doesn't look shiny, but it is!
