  • Longtime Megs fan

Hi guys, I just spent 30 minutes writing my life story but wasn't logged in properly and lost it all so you will have to wait for the movie now...
However I want to say I have been using #26 for ages and its brilliant but I have just applied ULW after reading the write ups on this and other sites and it is every bit as good as the reviews suggest. At night under fluros it is in a class of it's own. Maybe doesn't bead water in the same way as 26 but the added depth and purity of the paints appearence is better. As for longevity of protection I like to wax horizontal surfaces every month and verticals each 2 months so I normally am only topping up what I might wash off. My car is an 06 VRX Lancer wagon with 90,000k always garaged, washed and waxed so it is in great nick and often gets comments from randoms whose retinas have been seared wanting to know what I use! I have only ever needed #26 and wash and wax for the life of this car, no dents no scratches = charmed life! but I am currently in the process of detailing a mates 02 silver Imprezra wagon which has a dull clear coat and lots of light scratches. To my Megs collection I have added *clay bar kit *cleaner wax *scratch X and * ultimate compound to attack this vehicle. I look forward to posting the results in the specific product forums. Thanks to Mike and the crew here.
    Cheers from down under!

    G'day and to MOL!

I'm keen to see some pics of your ride!

We can go out for a drive without her makeup and she looks fine. If I want to take the black one out, it is three or four hours in the "bathroom" to get ready.
