    Hello everyone, my name is Jim, originally fromPittsburgh PA, now living in Germany for the last 23 years. I was in the militarystationed in Giessen, located north of Frankfurt. Been here ever since and atthe moment serving in the army reserves, yes they have a reserve unit here inGermany. But my true passion is DETAILING...in 1999 i made my passion a realityby opening my detail shop. My biggest avenge was the knowledge of the Meguiar’sproduct’s in which I’ve been using over the last 25 years. Hope to hear fromyou all, you can never get enough information this fast changing market. Andhope i can share some of knowledge with you.....Auf wiedersehen.

      Active duty AF here. Was stationed in Ramstein from 05-08. Currently in Las Vegas from Aug 08 to present. Just notified of PCS to Spangdahlem in Aug this year. Looking forward to going back.

        Welcome! Love to drive on the Autobahn 5 around Frankfurt! Fine high speed Autobahn if there is not to much traffic!

          Learned autobahn etiquette fast. Was with NATO in France and Germany in the late '60's. I was driving on the autobahn for the first time, not much traffic at the time. I passed a car and remained in the left lane. There were no cars behind me. At least not for another 5 seconds. Then I saw headlights in my rear view mirror. They were on a Mercedes moving very fast. I quickly moved to the right lane. That lesson stayed with me to this day.
