I have used a few Meguiar's products in the past. I have used a couple polishes by hand and the NXT wax, but I just started looking into really learning how to take care of cars properly. As I was researching and seeing posts about DA polishers, I stumbled onto a deal on 2 Meguiar's G110v2. Now I am signing up to start asking questions and learning how to use this polisher. I'll plenty of questions as I only have the polishers without any accessories at the moment. Mine came with the Meguiar's 6" backing plates, but I have heard the 5" plates are better. I also heard great things about the 5.5" flat pads. I'll do some more researching before making a purchase for backplate and pads.

Anyway, I'll be posting questions soon enough.
