It is something unfortunately our of the company's hands as it depends on the vendors. They ultimately decide what gets shelf space or not.

On the bright side, if you order online you can usually save some money and/stock get everything you need in one simple browsing session.

Oh, if only we could convince every retailer out there to carry all of our products, but it's simply not possible. As Mark points out, each retailer selects the products they feel will sell to their client base. When we, or anyone else for that matter, introduce a new product it's not uncommon for it to be picked up at the expense of another product. Ultimate Wash & Wax is a classic example: in some retail outlets it was picked up and Gold Class was kicked out. We'd rather that not be the case, and we certainly push for it, but the final decision isn't really ours. In some cases one retailer will decide to skip a new product until they realize it's selling like hotcakes through all of their competitors, and then they'll pick it up.

Online retailers don't really have this problem since all of the product they carry are sitting on shelves in warehouse, generally still sitting in their shipping cartons and on pallets. They don't need to worry about shelf space (within limits, of course), presentation, eye candy, etc.
