Hi everyone! Newbie here. This forum helped me a lot in choosing the right products to maintain the looks of my new car. Before the car arrived, I bought Meguiars Carnauba wax plus. Its kinda pricey but it worked great.

This is a great forum. I hope to learn more from you guys!

Any more products that you would recommend?

What condition is the car in? Any swirls, etc from the dealer that need fixed?

If not, you can keep things pretty simple.

1. Wash
2. Clay if needed
3. Cleaner/Wax or ColorX
4. Wax - Gold Class is a nice product

No swirls yet. Thanks for the tip. Would applying Deep Crystal Polish before waxing improve the looks of the car? or would waxing alone be just fine?

I always thought polish was needed for darker colors....since I have 2 white cars & a light metalic green van, I always skipped the polish after claying.

Other products I'd recommend would be UQD & UQW in between washes & traditional waxing

Well, its not needed. It can help.

The cleaner/wax type products will have some polishing oils in them, and Gold Class Wax has a lot.
