Re: Toyota sienn 2012 new car has swirl all over from automatic car wash
It would be fine to work on new car paint. It is not any more delicate than anything else.
The question would be how are you going to go about removing them? Removing swirls all over a vehicle that big by hand is going to really ****.
Were you thinking of investing in a machine, or have something around already? OR just trying by hand and seeing if progress can be made slowly?2017 Subaru WRX Premium - WR Blue

How you go about working on this vehicle can have a big impact on the final results. Hand work is certainly a possibility, but there's no getting around the fact that it's a lot of work. We'd suggest you read through the 5 Step Paint Care Cycle to gain a better understanding of the process before delving into this. As for the age of the vehicle, factory paint goes through a pretty thorough curing process so by the time that vehicle rolls off the line, is shipped to the dealer and finally ends up in your garage, the paint is fully cured and perfectly safe to work on as aggressively as is needed.Michael Stoops
