  • Greetings! Black S2000 owner.

    Hey everyone!

Just purchased myself a black S2000 (yes I know, I wanted white, but there are so few S2000 in New Zealand, and this one was an awesome deal!).
Over the years, my brother and I have been using a range of Meguiars products, so we now have a collection of random bits because its just so confusing what does what, and because retailers here don't really stock the entire range of one product range.

Anyways, I'll create a thread in the Detailing 101 forum for pictures and advice.

    Cheers,
    Nicholas

Will take some pics when I get a chance.
Not having much response from the Detailing 101 forum, just wanting to know which pad (LCC or Chem guys) to use for the UC is good for the Honda. Since I'll be following up with UP and NXT Wax 2.0 and Hi-Tech yellow wax.

The brand of pad is less important than the cutting ability of the pad. Obviously we're a bit partial to our own pads, but any light cutting pad should be more than adequate to get the job done. The paint on these cars is often pretty delicate, so we'd go easy at first. From the sounds of it in that other thread, though, it seems as though you've got a process worked out now.

            Hey Mr Miyagi!
The S2k is definitely one of the best cars ever made. No, it isn't the fastest, it isn't the most luxurious, but the amount of sheer fun, thrilling and exhilarating times it puts you in is priceless! Never will man, machine, and road feel so connected!

Anyhows, as requested, are here some pictures for the "before and after". Disgusted at the "before" pics!
