restore a fiberglass roof back to almost new

am looking for a product or recommendation on how I can get my black, fiberglass one piece roof, on my Sidekick cleaned up, and back to new.I heard of a product called waxoyl,penetrol but can't find it up here.Another reco was Back to Black....any suggestions ?

I'm guessing here...the top is gel-coated, smooth? If so, take a good look at Megs Marine Products. That's the 'stuff' in the blue bottles.
