  • Vehicle got sprayed with Coal Tar !!

Yesterday my car was caught by vapors / sprays of coal tar while i passed a road being metalled...i tried to avoid it as much as possible...stopped the car till the sprayer moved away the farthest and sped away swiftly....but i think i got clouds of vapors which condensed at the left side on the glass as well as doors and roof...resulting in small pimples (just like blackheads) which are not visible but can be felt by moving hand...The car under discussion is only 9 months old and the color is strong blue...
Dear Experts, please suggest what can be done to safely get rid of them...I dont know whether this is relevant or not but the car is waxed fortnightly with Meg Tech wax...can i use cloth damped with kerosene oil to wipe them off...using kerosene or diesel is safe for clear coat? Seondly i live in a place where getting fancy products from meguirs or any other reputed brand is really difficult...so please suggest me somethign that i could accomplish from the household...

Try the kerosene. Think, 'Like to remove like.'

Just do a small area first to see how it works.

Dupont 3812 works great . It won't harm the paint . Use on a cool surface , in the shade . Wipe on , allow to soak , wipe off . Then I would wash the car and apply Meguirs cleaner wax . I have done this many times with excellent results . Good luck .
