Hi there. Discovered this forum after several members of GenVibe.com highly recommend the Meguiar's products for their cars. Our family owns THREE 2009 Pontiacs of which two are garaged and have less than 10k on them. These two are in excellent condition and require very little if any paint finishing work. Our third one, the Navy Blue Vibe GT, we purchased used with 36k miles and it was severely abused and the finish really shows it. Several deep scratches on it and VERY deep gouges in the rear bumper due to loading stuff in the hatch area. This poor car was strictly driven from the day it was new and the only car washes it received was when it rained out. It will need some filler paint/pen of some sort (Billy May infomercial-ed some product that filled deep gouges ... I think?) for the bumper, and then advise for the rest of the car. To show how long I've been out of auto finishing/detailing, I still have a pint bottle of DuPont "rain dance" wax from the early 80's on my shelf in the garage. Any/all advise will be appreciated AND where to purchase the products also (online/local retailer?). Thanks ..................... Tim
