  • Body shop owner

Hi, been in the auto body business for 34 years. Own my own shop and do this full time. Not a hobby.I paint and polish a lot.
Looking to exchange ideas and find better ways to get things done.
I like to work SMARTER not HARDER.

What process are you trying to improve on? Sanding, Compounding, etc?

Give us some specifics and we would be more than happy to exchange ideas and advice.

I once put swirls in my paint just to see what it looked like.

    I don't always detail cars, but when I do, I prefer Meguiar's.
    Remove swirls my friends.

      Welcome to MOL!

My father has been doing body work for over 40yrs and he's had his own shop for 10 years. He taught me how to cut and buff cars about 21 years ago. I still do a fair amount of wet sanding jobs and will give any advice I can.

      Cheers,
