  • Hello to everyone.

    Hello All,
I've been using Meguiar's washes, trim detail and interior detailing products for years and thought I'd join the board. Especially now that I have a vehicle that has reasonable paint that needs some attention using processes and products from Meguiar's that I have not used before. I'm pretty new at the whole paint detailing side of things but keen to learn and expand my knowledge of the subject. I've been reading both old and new posts about pretty much everything throughout this board and learning tons every time.

I think this has to be one of the most comprehensive and informative boards I have come across and look forward to joining and learning.

I look forward to chatting with you all on this forum.

    Regards,
    RJ

Good to have you join in RJ. What's the car that will benefit from your new found knowledge?

          Re: Hello to everyone.

          Thank you all,
Eventually all of our cars (my wifes and mine) will benefit from my new found knowledge, but the current project on the go is a 69 Charger. Unfortunately it appears that the previous owner hasn't cared for the paint properly and is/was in pretty bad shape in spots. It is also red and the oxidation was pretty bad. So far it is coming along quite nicely and although the paint has some under paint defects that will never come out it is a HUGE improvement over how the previous owner left it.
