  • Hello from Michigan

    Hello everyone,

I'm Jena and a resident of Michigan who will graduate in the spring with a law degree from University Of Michigan. I took delivery of a 2011 GMC Sierra 1500 last week, that needs some work to remove some fine swirls from the dealer. I purchased the G110, #205, Yellow and Black pads, plenty of Microfibers, and NXT Tech Wax 2.0.

Now its time to figure out 'how' to use the G110....

    Have a good day,
    Jena

This DVD is a little older, showing the G100 and #80 used, but all the concepts are still good.

Hi Jena, and welcome to MOL! What part of Michigan are you in? I grew up in Rochester.

As for figuring out how to use the buffer, have a look at D/A Buffing 101 – An Introduction to the G110v2 and similar tools

Originally from Flushing, but last 6 years I have been in Ann Arbor and after graduation in the spring I plan to move to Northern Michigan.

Thanks for the link. I'm sure it will help me tonight when I try it out for the first time.

I didn't know that lawyers are into swirl removal.

Welcome to MOL, Jena. I'm sure you'll like G110. It's a great and very helpful polisher.

Wow, Welcome to MOL. Please come back with any and all questions - and pictures, of course. Best of luck in your studies toward your JD!

BTW, we have a 23yo female employee (part time) who is pursuing an MBA in Finance. Her ride? BMW 640 (BLACK).
If it was easy, everybody'd be doing it!
