I'm some what of a clean freak when it comes to keeping my cars detailed or should I say I was until one day my oldest boy asked me if I liked my car more than him. I had only washed and cleaned the old wax off and was preparing to polish and seal my black 7 series. I knew I was looking at about 3 more hours if I was not being interrupted, fat chance that was going to happen. My boy and I played some catch, shot some baskets, and I later finished my car in the dark. That was about 15 years ago and I don't think I have detailed my own car since. My youngest boy is now 15 going on 40 and he is a car nut just like his dad, he's on Autotrader way more than me and tends to read Car & Driver, Road & Track from cover to cover and not just look at the pictures. Luke just got his learners permit and is already telling me what cars are on the list. I know that is a long introduction just to tell you I can't wait to start detailing the car's again with someone who will appreciate what it does for the looks and resale value.
