  • Can't find answer lurking so signed up

Hello All! I've been lurking for a long time on this forum sucking up a lot of great information.

But, I've just purchased the G110v2 and am trying to compare it's OPM speed settings to the PC 7424XP settings and have struck out finding the actual PC OPM at various settings, namely 3 and 5 as Mike Phillips used in his great video "Principles of Machine Polishing". I'm hoping to get an update for the old "Dual Action Polisher Comparison Chart" to include these two machines and will post in that thread. http://meguiarsonline.com/forums/sho...mparison+chart

We haven't seen specific numbers for the 7424XP either but the total speed range as listed by Porter Cable for that tool is 2500opm to 6800opm so we wouldn't be terribly surprised to find that the steps are similar to our earlier G110, which had a similar range.

The G110v2 runs from 1800opm to 6800opm in even, 1000opm steps for each number setting.
