  • HI I'm Richard

I have a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee, that has a blue metallic finish.
As most vechicles in Texas the finish is oxidized. I have an orbital polisher
and what to know what products would be recommeded to restore the finish. The clear coat looks okay (i.e. not chippibg, etc.) I don't mind a little elbow grease, but not sure where to start, can anybody help me?

    Thanks...

Hi Richard, and welcome to MOL!

Nope, nothing wrong at all. But your two posts were 12 minutes apart, and posted in the early evening. That doesn't give people a lot of time to respond and, since you asked a question in the "Introduce Yourself" area of the forum, an area not as heavily viewed as places like "Detailing 101" or others, which would also slow down any potential response.

It does look like you're getting some responses to your question in your other post in the Detailing 101 area, so it looks like you're on your way!!

But again, you didn't do a darn thing wrong!
