First compound

I have an '07 Miata that has not been waxed in 9 months, it has 75,000 miles and wanted to compound and wax it real good.

I used the clay bars before but they don't take off the grime with this many miles.

What do you recomend

Forgot to add, no scratches or dullness in the clearcoat.

Well, if it is in good shape:

1. Wash
2. Clay if needed
3. Clean - SwirlX
4. Wax - Nxt, Gold Class, etc.
5. Wax - 2 thin coats are best.

No at the moment, but washed in the sun it's ok, clear that the metallic pops thru.
