Hi, welcome to MOL! Sorry about your DISO (dealer-installed swirl option). I'm sure the people here can help you out. I don't know if you have heard of Meguiar's SwirlX and Ultimate Compound, but those 2 can be used by hand, preferably with a foam pad. And if you are looking to use equipment to make it easier, Meguiar's also sells a dual-action polisher that is great. I have it. The newest one is called the g110V2. You should be able to read all about these by searching on the existing posts, and if you have any other questions just ask.
