New to the detailing scene, at least in machine polishing. I need to get some new machines, but I'll work with the craftsman dual speed rotary and cordless DA I already have to learn on, I think. I have an old AMC that could really use some attention, and the condition of the paint won't break my heart if I burn through in a spot or two, I hope to repaint it anyhow. Figured it'd be good to learn on - 27 years of salt, grime and lack of real care have left the paint pretty much self-destroyed. Looking forward to getting the hang of things before turning loose with a rotary on my new gt500 though, even though I already have a stinking surface scratch above the drivers side door handle!
