  • New From PA

I stumbled on this website and I've been pasted to it for weeks. I've always been into detailing my own vehicles and some of my friends.

I have been thinking about starting a mobile business doing auto, marine, and RV's to make some extra money.

I just tried out the Ultimate Compound with my new Milwaukee 5540 Polisher on my dark blue Dodge Ram and it worked great. The truck has water spots on the paint in different spots that really bothered me and that took them right out. The only problem now is that I can see how bad the orange peel is in my hood now. I'm sure the truck was in an accident before I bought it because I found glass in the battery tray when I replaced the battery last year.

I plan on spending more time here learning new tricks and tips on anything I can.

    Thanks

Here is a few pictures from my past and present. I have more pictures of my other toys but they are from the time before SD cards.

I bought this stock and did all the work to it myself ( besides chroming the swingarm ). The frame was a real pain sanding it by hand and polishing it so I wan't about to do the same on the swingarm.

Here is a boat that I bought which was a 1988 and the hull was so bad that the red was hazed over white. I took the picture a week later after it rained but you can still see the results.

Here is my last truck which really wasn't as clean as it looked.

Here is my Ram that HAD the water spots on it and this was after I used the cleaner wax on it.

I will start taking before/after and more detailed pics.

            Welcome to MOL!
There's no reason to become alarmed, and we hope you'll enjoy the rest of your flight. By the way, is there anyone on board who knows how to fly a plane?
