Hello Everyone

I don't know what else to put here
I used to detail cars, trucks and boats lots of boats, I still have nightmares about it.

I stopped detailing about 4 years ago when I reached between a seat and center console and ended up pulling out a few used uncovered needles
Nothing happened to me thankfully and I think the customer is still trying to pull my boot out of his butt.

Thank you and no I don't know it that well and looking at it now there's alot of new products.

The guy that trained me wasn't very trained himself, but I learned alot and out of the 4 years I worked there I only had one complaint.

A guy threw his cheap tube on to his hot vinyl and the black lettering and color transferred on to his white vinyl. I told him upfront that it might not come out and he was fine with that. I tried every cleaning chemical I had and it wouldn't budge at all, he left happy even though it didn't come off.
I received a call 30 min later and it was him yelling and swearing at me saying I didn't even try, his wife took it off with a Mr.Clean eraser in a matter of minutes. I tried to offer a discount for next year and couldn't get a word out. His wife was yelling at him in the background I think she was just pissed about the $250 bill. Who wears the pants in your house?

Sorry for the long post but my kids are napping and I have nothing better to do
