  • Hello from Long Island, NY

    To all my fellow detailers,

Just a quick note to say hello to all and introduce ourselves to this great community on meguiars forum.

We have been in the detailing industry for close to thirty years for which i grew up into this business and learned this great trade from my dad who operated a successful detail business here on Long Island for over 45 years!

As i recollect my years in the business i remember early on when my dad (name of his biz was Stuart's Simonizing of Huntington, NY) handed me a bucket of water with wet sandpaper and instructed me to wet sand the five cars in the lot in the hot sun and after completing that bring them into the shop and cut and polish these single stage animals!

That was a true education and introduction to this industry for profit.

Haven't looked back and still get a great deal of satisfaction in detailing for profit!

We look forward to interacting with this great community and the great products Meguiars keeps on developing!

Also i have a great deal of respect and it is a great honor to know and work with Mel Craig of the Total Pros who has "reprogrammed" me to work more efficiently and how to use these great products....YOU NEVER STOP LEARNING AND KEEP AN OPEN MIND!

    Respectfully,
    Anthony Flammia
