  • Hey guys!

Hey! I just might be one of the youngest people here at only 17, but I was so impressed by the work that can be accomplished with Meguiars I wanted to join and learn as much as I can. I didn't think before I visited here that this kind of paint "restoration" was possible, but man am I excited to start learning stuff and applying it to my car. I had already liked cleaning my car and have been using Gold Class car wash for a while, but I was unaware of the tons of other products Meguiars offered. I already last weekend purchased two 5 gallon buckets from HD, a genuine lambswool mitt, and some swirlx to add to my gold class car wash and liquid wax. Anyways, I think it's awesome Meguiars provides such an awesome forum for all of their customers.

Also, anyone know the best place to get Meguiars products? I've checked AutoZone and WalMart and neither carried any Meguiars microfibers or applicator pads.

I had the same problem finding Meguiar's products locally. I buy most of my stuff online at Amazon. I just recently bought this car drying kit and its a great deal:

        amazon.com/Meguiars-Dry-and-Shine-Kit/dp/B001S29VCC/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=automotive&qid=1243974239&sr=1-1

Here's a link to applicators as well:

        amazon.com/s/ref=nb_ss_auto?url=search-alias%3Dautomotive&field-keywords=meguiars+applicator&x=0&y=0

I bought my first can of Meguiar's wax at the age of 17, in I think 1978, that was a very good year.
