Hi folks im new and im from Alabama if anyone is interested. I'm thinking about buying me one of the Meguiars Dual Action Polishers G110. How many rpms is this thing? I'm worried about it burning my paint. I got a 2002 black GMC Yukon. I'm an old man and ive always done the wax thing with old timey elbow grease so i'm new to all this buffer talk.

Read through the articles. You will not burn through your paint with the DA because of the rotation it uses, it spins but also oscillates at the same time prevent any sort of burning of the paint.
I once put swirls in my paint just to see what it looked like.
I don't always detail cars, but when I do, I prefer Meguiar's.
Remove swirls my friends.Comment
